This is being posted too late. Sorry! It's been a busy weekend. One that included me speaking in front of all of the young women of my stake at Girl's Camp. A harrowing experience to say the least. However, it went fantastically. Better than I could have hoped or expected.
Anyway, onto to your Father's Day breakfast. I served these up on Saturday morning (yesterday) because, with 9:00am church, your lucky to get a bowl of cereal for breakfast! They are delightful with warm maple syrup. Others love them with a drizzle of honey. Whip up a batch and find-out how you like to eat them!
Pop-Up Pancakes (mini german pancakes)

makes 24
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
dash of salt
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease your pans.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until fluffy and golden on tip.
