When I was pregnant I was given a prenatal yoga DVD. I never even looked at it!
I pulled it out a couple days ago (NO. I'm not making a big announcement here) thinking I ought to at least watch it. So today I popped it in the DVD player and tried it for about 30 minutes.
What a work-out! Quite honestly it wasn't very peaceful or relaxing. However, I did enjoy it very much. I realize I'm just a newbie and that I need to give it a chance. I also need to NOT do it with my 22 month old tugging on me and pushing me over.
Any tips for a beginner?
