refueling

"...the Lord knoweth all things from the beginning; wherefore, he prepareth a way to accomplish all his works among the children of men..."

I read this in first Nephi last night just before going to bed. It's a good reminder. The funny thing, there is a small corner inside me that thinks this was meant for someone else.

More than needing to lose weight I need to be spiritually refueled.
