At this time (8:30 am) last year I was in the shower getting ready to go to my doctor so he could break my water. By noon I was at the hospital. At 11:06 pm Matilyn Lee entered the world! For me, the hospital was the best part! I was so excited to finally meet our little girl (and to not be pregnant).
Since Mattie's party is on Saturday, today will be low-key and with just the family. We will probably go to the restaurant that has her favorite tortellini for lunch and go birthday shopping with our good friend Jennica. It should be a really nice day!
