Seriously. Why is it so darn hard?


I have a a very noble reason for wanting to drop a few pounds. And with this reason in mind you would think I would be leaping out of bed each morning excited to go walking.

Well..... I'M NOT!!

There is always an excuse. Never a good one. Today I need to be motivated! Help me out here!
