I guess you could say I fell off the wagon this week. It's been the stress (so much for "no excuses")! Without going into the gory details I will just say this. I chose the food route for comfort. A habit I am desperately trying to break! Thankfully it's a new day! A new month! A new season!
"The Holidays" are upon us and the season of giving and eating loads of food is here. How do you combat the constant flow of food through your front door? Stay full? Chew gum? Claim to be "fasting" (you might not be able to pull that off for 6 weeks)?
