I did it! I got my walk in this morning. AND did some "exercises" on my Pilates ball (it's FUN. You should try it if you haven't!) I really want to get running again, as those who have been following my blog know. So, I ran for a whopping 2 MINUTES today. They were even consecutive! ;)
Another piece of good news... When I weighed yesterday EVENING (my heaviest time of day and it's "that time of the month") I was down 2 pounds from my last weigh-in!
